Returns and Refunds Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are sorry but we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging or packaging suitable to prevent any damage during transit.

A small number of goods are exempt from being returned, for example dresses that are already clearly labelled as damaged cannot be returned because they are listed as already damaged unless the description is inaccurate.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item that has been customised or made to measure to the requirements of the customer unless it has been proven to be faulty or damaged on arrival. It must be noted as damaged on the couriers paperwork for us to be able to make a claim against the courier. If it is not noted as damaged then we will not be able to accept the return.

To complete your return, we require a copy of the receipt or invoice along with the item being returned.

There are a few situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, has been altered, has been worn or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the delivery date.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you by email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or on the rare ocassion (usually a dress showing signs of having been worn) the rejection of your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. This credit will be processed within 2 working days however please be aware that even after we have processed the refund depending on the original payment method it may take the bank several days to place the money into your account. This is something outwith our control.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and do not match the description on this website. We will always endeavor to replace the item as quickly as possible however as many of the items on this website are of limited availability and unlikely to be available for some time then we reserve the right to issue a refund as an alternative. We will always contact you to advise if we need to refund and not exchange.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact us at info@LaOrr.com for the full delivery address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the shipping was free then you will recieve the full amount refunded.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All returns should be sent by a trackable and insured service in case of loss or damage. We will not be responsible if the returned item is damaged during the return shipping. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
